Gary & his guys (Leo & Daniel) absolutely blew me away today!! After being screwed over by the service department @ the dealership where I bought my car.. I needed to find a new shop to get my oil change + other services on my Mazda done. I drive Monroe St every day and decided to just pull in to give them a chance.. I’m SO glad I did. I felt respected, understood & not taken advantage of!! Gary got my oil change and filters replaced in no time flat. Super kind and very professional! I will be a repeat customer :-) And recommend them to my friends & family!

Gary was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He answered all my questions and was so concerned my experience was satisfactory. Best job ever! I will refer all my family and friends to him. Take 5 is lucky to have an employee like Gary. I will only go to him for future oil changes.

When we first pulled in we were greeted by Leo with waters! Then Daniel helped us very effectively with doing the oil change, tires, and washer fluid! 10/10 both of these gentlemen are amazing!! They honestly both go above and beyond

Gary was great! The other tech was helpful and knowledgeable. I went to another location and they were very rude and frustrated I can30 minutes before closing.

I got my windshield wiper replaced here and less than a week later the driver's side wiper flew off my car as I was driving on the highway. Luckily I was able to safely pull to the side of the highway, wait for the rain to stop, and drive somewhere nearby to get it replaced. However, this had the potential to cause a serious accident. I've never had a wiper fly off while driving, clearly they were put on wrong. I will not be returning here and I don't recommend it.

The worst experience ever and I go all the time just so happen went to a different one on North Monroe the manager tried to sell me a upgrade oil change I didn’t want so he gave me shitty service and didn’t check my fluids until I ask then tried to convince me I said I didn’t want top side service which was a lie so we went back and forward about it then his employee climbs out of the bay from under my car to jump in and argue with me with him and note it was two cars being worked on well supposed to be getting worked on two cars behind me and one car behind the other car we argued the whole time I got my oil change to the point I didn’t get a sticker because they wanted to argue I will never go to any take 5 again and I’m going to be all in social media about this because it was crazy how the treated a paying customer
