If I could give them 0 starts I would. I specifically called because it was Saturday and wanted to know what time the pharmacy closes. The girl said 9pm, but when I get there at 7:15 it’s closed. All customer service could say was sorry. I understand there is nothing they can do at that point, but educate your workers accordingly on at least hrs of operation because I couldn’t not get my medicine!

TERRIBLE PICK UP SERVICE. I arrived at 6:15 and checked in on the app. Nobody showed up at 6:20 even though it said approximately a 5 minute wait. Being generous I waited a little bit figuring they were busy. Finally I called at 6:29 when no one showed up. I was told they would send someone out to deliver my items. 6:40 struck and no one had came outside yet. Fed up I went inside to see the hold up. My items were sitting in the fridge and apparently weren't showing up in the system even though it falsely said my order was completed at 6:32 with no one bringing me anything. I was extremely dissatisfied considering I have to pay a $3.99 pick up fee just to wait for what seemed to be no reason. To make matters worse I only had 5 items. 5 items that I could've grabbed myself and checked out and been out the store quicker then me waiting 30 minutes and being neglected. There's no reason I should've had to come in and fetch my own items. Other than that the workers are always nice and I will give credit for that.

They have had my prescription all day, and when I asked why it was still in progress they said they had 200 prescriptions ahead of mine. Of course, I was the only one standing there waiting for a prescription. You would think they could go ahead and fill mine while I was standing there.

Aint no way my dinky a** sandwich took an hour to make from online order. Waited 30 mins in store when everyone who were walk ins were being served within 15. Aint nooooo wayyy.

They don’t go out of their way at all. I was a pharmacy tech for 7 years until I finished grad school and I can tell when they are brushing me off because they don’t want to be bothered. I have strep and there was a technical issue with the app. I couldn’t pay online. I wanted it brought to my car so I wouldn’t have to go inside sick. They wouldn’t try reverifying the RX or offering to take my credit card/cash inside and bringing it back. I switched to cvs because at least they have a drive thru. I left 2 stars because some of the people inside are friendly.

Absolute worst pharmacy in Tallahassee. Meds were supposed to be done at noon and they were still not ready at 5pm. Complete miscommunication on the management side and I would stay away from this location if you want any sort of customer service. I used to come here regularly but after this experience I will never come back.

So... I go here all the time, order all the time. However today I ordered a pubsub, when i arrived it wasn't ready so I waited 10 mins and asked if it was ready. The rude publix worker said "does it look ready. Can you see OBVIOUSLY we are busy" she could have been way nicer. So I waited 47 MINUTES for my pub sub that was half a*** never coming here again.

Dont get a sub here. Idk what the hell they do back there but if you like waiting 45 minutes to an hour then go ahead. I guess my life mystery will always be how do they take so long.

My sub maker nickname China was the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met working at Publix. I have been going to Publix for 18 years and she was the best worker I have met. Get subs from china , you will enjoy the time you spend with her !
