Had a great experience selling to Kids Pointe. The staff I interacted with were all very nice and helpful, especially since it was my first time selling. They let me know ahead of time that it may take a few days to process our clothing and that was totally fine. I brought in 2 large tote bags of baby clothes, some never worn and most only worn a handful of times. Ahead of time, I checked these clothes for staining and tears and only brought them the best of what we had. They bought most of it and we donated the rest to foster care. I got a better deal than I would have if I had tried to sell on Facebook Marketplace and without any of the hassle.
The store itself was very clean and well organized. They have a huge selection, especially of clothes and larger baby toys. I will definitely be back!
My recommendations for selling here are to make an appointment online and get started on the right foot. It seems like they have a lot of people coming in to sell and need to pace themselves. Also read the selling tips on their website!! They were so helpful when I was sorting and trying to decide what to bring in. Pretty much just check the website before getting started and you should have a smooth experience.

The store was clean and well stocked. No greeting from the woman when I walked in. When I checked out, not a word but the total. I understand that not everyone is a talker, etc., but a hello, welcome to our store, or can I help you find something/did you find everything ok... would've been nice. Maybe she was just having a bad day, who knows...

i'm sad about the quality. nine years ago i was a frequent shopper for my grandchild and have continued - donating & shopping. recently i have noticed the clothes are in bad condition. used to be higher end clothing. there are racks & racks of used shoes (ugh) and less clothing. such a shame this was my go to.

Best place to go for gently used baby and kids clothing. And prices are very fair! Wife and I went when they had a sale and walked out with a huge bag of clothes for $20. Now we try to go every few weeks!

My daughter and I love Kids Pointe! We find beautiful gently used clothes, books, and toys there, but the staff is really what makes it a special experience!

I found this place in 2013 when pregnant with my 1st daughter and have been shopping here ever since ! I tell all my friends about it . The staff is super friendly and always willing to help .

Excellent selection of pre-used baby/children's clothes and gear. All the items are in great condition (no stains, tears) and are priced well. Staff are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
