Hendrick makes the car repair process as painless as possible. The office personnel are very competent and personable and a pleasure to work with. Tim is very knowledgeable and makes sure that the repair is done timely yet perfectly. Staff is great at keeping the customer updated as to how the work is progressing. I have used Hendrick a couple of times now and would not take my vehicle to anyone else. Thanks again Hendrick!

Best Collision Center in Tallahassee Fl
Rusty , Matt and their team of techs are amazing... Bo cleaned up my car and made it shine before I picked it up...
They kept me informed on everything that was going on with my car while it was in for repairs and have reached out to check and make sure everything is still doing good. I would recommend them 10000% Plus the young ladies in the front office are just awesome ?

DO NOT go to this place. I took my Chevy Sonic and they didn't fix my car properly, it still had scratches and paint issues in the bumper. I took it again and they finally fixed it but now my back up camera stopped working, it never works now. They don't want to claim responsibility for it but the fact is that the back up camera stopped fully working AFTER they gave me my car. Just find another place, in Chevy they don't care about the quality of their job. (PS: I appreciate the answer below but I already fixed my back up camera somewhere else at my own expense).

I worked with Tim and Tammie to get our Tesla repaired after a fender bender. There were some supply chain issues with getting parts in a reasonable time, but that is nothing they could’ve controlled. They communicated with me always in regards to repair status, and I was very happy with the price I paid to get it fixed.I would definitely go back there if I ever needed bodywork again. If you have an accident don't bring it there unless it's minor bodywork. They do no mechanical damage what so ever. They should call themselves a scratch and dent shop.

I had an amazing experience working with Tim at Hendricks collision. He was always available to talk or text me about the status of my repair. He go me in and out very quickly. I will be honest I thought the worst at first because of the dealership issues I have had in the past, But from the time my car was accepted in by Tiffany and checked out by Nikki my experience was nothing less than superb. It’s never easy finding the best collision service. I had a damaged spoiler on the lift gate of my Honda CRV I had bids for full replacement as well as repair and repaint I really didn’t need to replace the whole lift gate which also meant all the emblems so was very pleased at a reasonable cost to replace just the spoiler repair some dents and repaint. The manager Tim Snyder and the front desk team treated me like a VIP and the work was done on time and at a fair price. The work is perfect and the paint job has a lifetime (mine LOL) guarantee. I had high end treatment at a clean facility and they even washed my car. I don’t post reviews often but wanted to share my good experience here. In case you’re wondering why I needed the repair it’s a mystery to me but I think an automatic car wash must have collided with my roof !
