Never been in the store but I am giving a review based on the customer service I received over the phone. The lady was very polite and stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes trying to help me find the product I was searching for. That made my day because I had been looking for the product for 3 days with no luck. She was patient, kind, and tried to help in any way she could. Thank you

Really terrific service from these folks. The employees are professional and friendly. I have used them for buying hardware (incredibly affordable compared to alternatives) and have really enjoyed working with the employees.
