I am so sick of this place, I will talk to the manager to see if I can cancel my membership. I purchased a membership for 3 cars, and only 2 memberships registered when I went to the car wash, but 3 register when you take money out of my account. After 2 months, they still haven't fixed the problem. I did, I joined another car wash.

Never had a better experience!!!! Scott and Eric were polite and answered all of my questions with ease. The vacuum cleaners have the strongest suction of any other car wash. None can even begin to compare. The actual car wash itself is meticulously thorough and I ADORE the light show in the tunnel with the lights and the beautifully colored wash chemicals. I would recommend these guys over any other car wash in Tallahassee.

Cleans your car. Sometimes it’s inoperable and I wish there was a sign by the road to say that. There’s a free vacuum there and purchasing gas with a car wash will take a few cents off each gallon.

Most of the associates are very conscientious, and take the time to pay attention to details and have good work ethics .... Sadly there is one employee recently hired from Whistle car wash down the road and they are one of a list of reasons I dropped my membership there after 3 + years .... You need to watch that one and if they remain in your employ I will drop membership here also

Always excellent, quick and effective service. Reasonable prices compared to others in town and lots of vacuums so you're never waiting to use one. Cannot say enough good things!

The car wash itself is good, but I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for four months now and I keep getting charged. You can never get anyone on the phone, and nobody returns voicemails. I haven’t gone in person to cancel because I moved and my work schedule makes it difficult to get there. I’m in the middle of ongoing medical bills and have cancelled everything that isn’t necessary, and despite multiple attempts, I’m still being charged here. The extra charges that I have been unable to stop because I can not get anyone to cancel my membership has created additional financial hardship in the middle of an already difficult time.
