I would not recommend this place. This company is always behind with everything. Every organization I have been a part of that has used this company has experienced delays on all of our orders. I went to get a blanket embroidered with 8 letters and was told it would be about $15 (it was really $25, very bad estimate) and gave them a weeks time to do it, I was assured it would be ready by the following Friday when I had to turn it in at 6. After repeatedly being told it would be ready by noon Friday and that it was out for delivery, 4 PM on Friday rolled around and I got a call saying it was ready but I would have to drive out to their off site warehouse to go pick it up if I wanted it before Monday. So I drove all the way there only to find the blanket HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED. It sat in the warehouse for more then a week! The only redeeming quality about this place is that the owner felt bad that I was gonna get fined for missing my deadline and delivered it to me. Still got charged $25 for it though even after how disorganized, and inconvenient everything was.

I've worked with Full Press a long time, since living in Tallahassee as a student and now fulfilling my Alumni club merchandise needs in Seattle. They are always available, via email and phone, to answer questions and assist with designs. The Seattle Seminole Club has recieved amazing shirts, tanks, koozies, and baseball tees. Their turnaround time is amazing. Keep up the good work!

I have ordered from Full Press for the last 2 years, an average of 3 designs and 450 shirts per year. I am always impressed with their quality and efficiency in making sure my orders are to my above satisfaction.

They are a headache to work with made my design wrong twice didn't deliver on the promise date on time. Never called me when it was done. They are amateurs at best need to work on customer service first because they remind me of walmart.

I worked with Molly and Kim on custom coozies for my wedding. From the start of the design process, all the way up to having the finished product, the entire staff provided excellent customer service. Extremely bad service. Took two months for the schools order to be delivered and my part of the order was not in it. I was promised the sweatshirt and t shirt would be delivered ASAP that week. That didn't happen. Then Tuesday was promised, then Wednesday...at this point I still don't have the order. Their excuse was that the order went in before the web site was supposed to be open. Well the website was open and I received a receipt for the order so they were aware for the order. So Full Press makes a mistake and they blame the customer?! Well, I'm still awaiting my order. The weather is cold and my son needed this school jacket this morning and didn't have it. I will definitely suggest that our school find another supplier next year.

I had to order t-shirts for my group tour with a specific color and design. I called Molly from "Full Press Apparel" and she helped me from day one until I picked up my final product. She explained different options available for me helped me make a right decision. The company did a beautiful job on a design and everything was done on a very professional level, final product arrive earlier than expected. I will recommend this company. EDIT: Having read the negative reviews I find it hard to believe that they are talking about the same business. If I have another t-shirt order I'm going back to Full Press Apparel, no doubt about it.

I worked with Kim at Full Press Apparel a year ago and again a month ago. She was wonderful to work with! Full Press did a fantastic job designing custom shirts, and we could not be happier with the product and the service. Highly recommended.
