Had a commercial client send me a $15000 check that I deposited and it was immediately placed on a 14 day hold because they could electronically clear the check. The funds are not available to start the project for 14 days so the client sent a wire transfer of the funds well chase decided to reject the wire transfer and process the checks instead. The checks cleared but the funds were placed into a void space because they had originally put a hold on the check because they don't have phones in order to actually call the bank that issued the checks. I spoken to atleast 11 people from chase who have no idea what they are doing and won't give any information about what is happening other than yes we put a hold on the checks because we couldn't verify them and funds will be available once they are verify. The checks were verified and the funds transferred to chase but unfortunately there is nothing they can do to put the funds in my account because they don't have access to their own system it's all automated so funds are in void space being withheld from me by chase and up Morgan for absolutely no reason and they can't fix it or don't want to fix it. In the mean time my large commercial project gets postponed and I look like an amateur because my bank won't let me do business on a professional level because they themselves can't do business on a professional level.
I highly recommend that anyone needing a decent bank for any reason other than low level personal banking run away from chase and anything tied to up Morgan or you will be left disappointed and frustrated when the only people that can help you is a call center in India who's employees have either the want to or the know how to solve any problems that happen.
Thank you and from one small business owner to anyone else chase banking sucks really really really bad.

I have been going to this branch for over a year now and I know almost everyone that works here. I drop rent off from my tenants, so I have multiple encounters with the staff here several times a month. EVERYONE is always extremely friendly (even the guard at the door) helpful, smiling and make my bank trips so nice. Thanks guys! You rock!

Easy access using your card. Just left submitting a deposit. I was nervous because I didn't see an outside ATM. no worries, use your card to get in the building and the ATM is there to the right.Also got my reward for the new account. Chase service is crazy good.

Drove 3 hours from Pensacola because this chase was the closes one. Thank goodness for Jocelyn the branch manager was there to assist me! She did everything she could do to assist me and make sure my long drive wasn’t wasted time. Thank you so much Jocelyn for helping me out and being so kind! :)

We came from Georgia to cash a check that's is a chase check and they cash it but someone else came in with a chase and they cash it with no problem but my son was black and the white young lady with no problem this wrong very wrong we all are God, children.

Please do not go to this chase as young black male with real money in your account. I was racially discriminated at this branch due to me asking for a cashiers check for my car. Terrible customer service and unfair banking. ( More Context ) I had deposited a check from lawyer and was coming to the bank after 7 days of approval as you all know it’s a waiting period for bigger deposits. I asked for a check through a buyers order and the lady at the branch made it her personal journey to make sure I did not get the funds that chase already accepted to have. She told me she had to verify my funds and had me wait for 1 to 2 hours while she called the back office. This made no sense being that the 7 day hold period is the period when the bank will approve or deny different stipulations on checks. She did all of this just to tell me that the money is mine , ( as it always was). She said she did not want to give me the money due to it looking “ bad on the bank” so I decided to leave the location and go to another location. I arrived at The Thomasviille road location and received my check in under 39 seconds. All in all This branch needs fixing from people as such.
