On 6/26/23 After dealing with this dealership, I wonder if the reviews are even real. My wife and I found a QX80 online located at a sister lot in St Petersburg. The vehicle had been listed about 30 days with stock photo. We inquired about it and asked if we can get pictures of the vehicle; that's when they informed us that the car was in Tallahassee and couldn't t make a sell due to them switching ownership. We contact Tallahassee BMW ask if the vehicle is still there and if we could get pictures (we get pictures). We're told that there are a couple inquiries and that if we are serious buyers, we need to get the ball rolling. They run my credit (which is not far away 850) and was offered 10% interest. I didn't go with it and they run it again for a different lender and it's lower so we go ahead signing quote and lender agreement. They tell us to put $500 deposit to make it consider sold (we pay $5000 down payment instead). We stated we are in Orlando area and would head up Wednesday 6/28/23; Michael, our sales rep said everything would be ready when we get there. Night before I'm reading on their website and notice that there is a vehicle delivery up to 300 miles so I told my wife to ask Michael because we are only 200 miles away. Micheal says he's in a meeting and will get back to us. Minutes later the sales manager Mike calls and says the vehicle was sold, and that there was a miscommunication between the sales rep Michael, finance manager Steven And himself. We were in disbelief, frustrated and angry all in one. We asked to have our $5000 refunded that day and they stated it would be but it wasn't!! The sales rep Michael text My Wife apologizing then trying to sell us a Mercedes-Benz suv they had on the lot. We told them we weren't interested and if they could just refund the $5000 because we still haven't received it two days later. We call again getting the runaround saying they don't understand how to refund us and that we must have a block on our card to receive a refund. In the meantime we're offered another QX80 which is $10,000 more than the one we had purchased. We contact our bank to put a dispute in to get the refund when later that day a sister Carlot Porsche was able to refund us the money which is still pending today 7/2/23

I had the privilege once again, to have Mr. Parke Stafford to assist me. He makes you feel as if you are truly valued. He is friendly, polite, goes out of his way to accommodate, and he is knowledgeable. Mr. Stafford is a great individual, and I know that whenever he assists me, he will do all that he can to let me have a great experience at Capital Eurocars. Thank you, Mr. Stafford.

My experience is always great. I dealt with William Gilkes for my second time I usually have another service advisor. The first I came in about 5 minutes before closing since all my tire pressures were all off and he took care of it without any hesitation. I’ve been going to Capital Eurocars for over 3 years and I have never had a problem with their service. Everyone is always willing to help.

Joe Trozzo is what all service representatives should be like. He is attentive to customer needs, keeps you informed, is knowledgeable of Mercedes' products and a pleasant person to work with. He has kept our Sprinter RV in great condition over the years. I don't hesitate to recommend Capital Eurocars and Joe Trozzo.

I have also been a Capital Euro service customer since 2010. After a few year hiatus I returned to CE after recently buying a pre-owned CLS 550 in May 2020 in Atlanta and an extended warranty. I was assigned to Parke Stafford and he has lived up to his excellent reputation for great service. He always keeps you informed and always goes the extra mile to save money whenever possible which is not often with Mercedes service costs. But you get what you pay for and at CE you get the Best! : )5.4.22 Another excellent service experience at CE with my service advisor Parke Stafford who got me in and out for my B Service in just a couple of hours and the car continues to run great.

I recently had my car serviced at Capital Eurocars with the assistance of Service Manager William Gilkes. William was very friendly and thorough with explaining what needed to be done. He kept me informed as to the progress of the servicing of the car. In addition, He went out of his way to answer a question I had and how I could go about getting my question resolved. I will certainly ask for William when I have my future auto servicing.

Joe Trozzo is MY service guy. We live an hour and a half away and I had an emissions recall that required extensive work over several days. Joe arranged for a rental loaner and ensured my car was delivered as agreed in a timely manner.

It took several weeks to get my Sprinter in for service, but well worth the wait. Joe Trozzo handled everything in a friendly, professional manner. He kept me updated on progress and explained all work completed. Lucas, the Sprinter tech, brought my van to me and talked about what he’d done. I highly recommend the team at Capital Eurocars for your MB service needs.

If it is possible to have an outstanding experience at a automobile service department yesterday was my day. Joe Trozzo at Capital Eurocars managed the impossible and the staff at Tallahassee’s Mercedes dealership did the rest. Check engine light, ABS out, rear doors won’t open, all convenience service off. Mercedes is clever…wheel speed sensor goes out and they not so subtly “encourage” you to take the beast to the dealership. Joe took over, offered reassurance and coffee. Warren the amazingly friendly porter drove me to an appointment and two hours later she’s as good as new. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, reassuring. It’s usually a surprise to get what you have been promised; but to get it in an atmosphere of concern and competence, totally unexpected and completely appreciated. Thanks Joe!
