I had purchased a car previously from Big Bend and I was happy with it, so I returned when I was in the market for another vehicle. I was interested in a car, but it was having overheating issues. Their in-house "mechanic" said he had fixed the issues by putting in a new thermostat and a new radiator, so I trusted what he said and I bought the car. My bad for believing the guy actually knew what he was doing. As it turns out, they sold me a car with a blown head gasket and a radiator that was full of rust. The rust went all through the engine block. The head gasket had to have been blown when they sold it to me, since it had overheating issues from the first time I saw it on their lot. Since I bought the car as-is, and since Florida has no lemon law for used vehicles, I was just screwed. It's true that the people there are very nice, but their "mechanic" is completely clueless. I'll never return there.

We were quoted a price and even had it printed up but as soon as the owner seen we were serious about buying the vehicle, he jacks the price up $2000 saying his son misquoted us. Bad business because that’s on y’all not us. A true business man would’ve just honored that quote we got from the beginning but it’s all good. My money will go to a trusted dealership.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. I went and saw a vehicle I really like. I was given a price via verbal and written by the son (family owned). After test driving the vehicle, I was sold and ready to purchase it. All of sudden the owner (dad) chumps the price up by almost $2000 more stating we were misquoted. That sounds like a personal problem and I should’ve gotten the car for what I was quoted. It’s all good though. I will never return. I’ll spend my money else where

I bought a car from here 2 years ago & have had problems with it since 6 months after buying it! I’ve put money into it every couple of months. Once one thing gets fixed, another problem comes along! Now I can’t even drive the car unless I put another $1,000 + into it. Thousands of dollars down the drain! NEVER again!

Went to this lot on the advice of my ex for our 17 yr old, whose truck was given last rites! So i went to the website and was amazed to see an entire lot (15-20 cars) that were priced <6000$Now keep in mind, the price somewhat dictates the overall quality of these cars, but when u are shopping a budget, here is a good place 2 start. I also love that this is a locally owned family business. I made the entire deal w the owner Kurt, who was gracious and completely easy 2 work with. No hard sell w a "finance" mgr. Just an honest price for a used vehicle. I got a cream puff Lexus Rs 300 that was in great shape ( w relatively low miles) considering it was 17 yrs old! Thx Kurt 4 making car buying easy!

I called to ask some simple questions about a car they had listed for sale. I got a very rude answer and he kept ending around giving real answers. Seems pretty shady. Then the car I asked about was listed on the website with a price but wasn't for sale yet? He hadn't even had his mechanic look over it before listing it for sale. Very unprofessional.

I appreciate the customer service. The cars were higher in mileage than I wanted but the customer service was good! They also dont have a huge selection.

My wife and I bought two vehicles they tried to sell her three or four pure junk heaps and knew we were in need. My truck I ended up buying they covered up failing injectors with big tires and a host of other problems. I ended up having to put 2,500 into to make it reliable again. They kept it forever trying to hide issues. My wife’s car did end up being okay for the most part. But still the fact remains they are liars and cheats and will do or say anything to make a sale. Would not recommend at all
