Everyone was very nice and the wait time was great. The mri technician was very friendly and explained the process which made it less stressful.

Very well maintained facility, clean, great relaxing dimmed lighting in the back to help relax individuals. Absolutely wonderful staff! The ladies at the feont desk were super nice and funny. Amber and Kimberly helped me and they were great. Kimberly has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced!

Customer service friendly and very clean office. Was late for my appointment, they were very understandable and squeezed me in. Admin staff and tech were very professional.

The clerical & technical staff members at AHI are exceptional. They make what could be one more miserable medical test more than tolerable. Their joyful attitudes & professionalism made my day! Their building is not as new & shiny as their Tallahassee competitor, but it is clean & welcoming. The staff is caring, professional & helpful in every way.

Very clean facility that has late night appointments for those of us who will lose hourly pay if not at work. Love having earphones to listen to music during MRI also.

I was called to schedule within an hour of being referred and was able to get in the next day! The staff was great on the phone and at check in. My tech was very personable and made me comfortable during a not so comfortable service. Would definitely recommend and use them again for any imaging needs.

The staff and the facilities get 5 stars. However, the experience of an MRI was horrible. That terrible noise in your ears and the length of time for the procedure yuk! Hats off to the staff for making me feel comfortable. Thanks!

I have never been treated so well by two medical professionals and remembered their names Kim and Amber the two women that run the CAT scan and MRI area had the best bedside manner of any medical professionals I've ever dealt with they're the reason why I'll be returning to this place and having my insurance switch so I could use this place for my permanent imaging

Love the visit. The woman treated me very well. They kept me real calm during the hole procedure. Very nice and sweet well mannered. Gave me a choice of what kind of music i would like to listen to. The young female technician that did my back to back MRI with contrast is exceptional! Caring and Competent! She gets the entire package of starts! Hope you will also look at the review that I gave AHI directly in their patient survey.
