Ability towing was the worst experience I ever had. They told me they would arrive in 1 hour to tow my car to a mechanic. I ended up waiting 3 hours, only to be told they forgot about me and wouldn’t help me in any way to come back and get my car same day.Service: Car towing

Just tried to flag down one of their tow trucks that was about 20 ft away from me at the end of my driveway: yelled, waved my arms, etc. No way the driver couldn’t see or hear me but he turned around at my corner (I’m the only house on my corner), and drove AWAY!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

It may say "open 24hrs" but that is only for the TOW DRIVERS, If you need to get your car, or just stuff from your car before your insurance company can pick up your car, there is ZERO CHANCE of getting in on the weekend.
