I had to cancel the tow when, after almost 2 1/2 hours they hadn’t even started heading towards my car to tow it.

Communication during the process was good. Only tow company in town that was available and willing to do long distance tow. The estimated time was off but that’s to be understood and over all I was very happy with my service.

5 Star Automotive showed up to tow my truck to another more expensive place for repairs. The driver talked to me and said their shop could handle the repairs so despite the bad reviews online I had them take it to their shop. They promptly answered the phone each time called and responded to texts immediately. They diagnosed and repaired my vehicle at a fraction of the cost of the other place. My family and I will be using 5 Star Automotive for any future auto repairs.
Please think before discounting using their services because of reviews. Most of the bad reviews are due to towing. There are other factors at play that cause delays in tow. Probably primarily what your discount auto club wants to pay for your towing.

I have had to have my vehicle towed twice in the last two months. 5 Star Towing has come each time. They were very prompt and came when they said they would. They were professional, prompt and personable.
I will not hesitate to use them again or refer them to others!

Unbelievably hard to get the car back or have someone answer the phone at all. No one is here. I just want to take the car and leave and not deal with these people anymore.

My SUV broke down on Capital circle and Apalachee parkway so( on star) called for towing.. when they got there it was this young manner. Very polite young man. Name Brandon wow!!! he was the most polite person you could ever meet as well. Knowledgeable. I didn't have anywhere else to take my car because every shop I took it to they ripped me off So I asked him do 5 Stars company have a mechanic? And he suggests taking it there just one mile from my address...
Once again call 5 ***** and ask from Brandon....

I don't usually leave reviews, but since I waited over 3 hours for the driver to never show up. 5 star towing? I wouldn't give them a star if I had too. Worst towing company around. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take note on the other reviewers for this company.
