Watch out for those falling prices! Yeah yeah...Another fine Wal*Mart store. Some are bigger, some are smaller. This one is neither too much nor too little, you know what Goldilocks says...this one is just right. Size does matter! I find this store is a reasonable size to slide into and hit all the corners easily and get back out all without your roller skates or blades, and checkout is quick except during rush hours, when you may be in queue for bit. But compared to some other nearby stores, it's a flash, and much much more civilized!!!....okay, relatively of course, it's south Florida! Whaddya gonna do! Hurricanes are the least of your worries! Gators and pythons and sharks, oh hell!! And they all still MORE friendly than your best neighbor, watch how!

Walmart will always get my five star no matter what but sometimes they have hiccups and we the customers will not have that as much as you can find just about anything you need to satisfy your wants and needs many of us are not satisfied with the cashiers too many cash registers and no one there to work or they hate being on the register for some reason they are filled with attitude always closing the registers telling people no more they are closed then by the time you get to the self check you still have to ask for help at times i have watched this happen many times with customers few of the employees are very much serious about their jobs you can tell and you will find a small handful that will take the time to help but those are the ones that at times don't even work in that section and if there are ten self check out at least five do not work so the line gets longer cause now we have no cashiers and the self checks get crowded

I have literally never been treated so poorly and so rudely by anyone at any store ever and the only person I have to blame for this is the general manager of this store whose name, if I was told correctly, is Dixie. My daughter and I came into the store to return an item after we spent almost $400 in this store a few days prior to this incident. There were many people there waiting for customer service and we were all continuously ignored by employees walking by. All of the people waiting including my daughter & I were trying to stop and ask employees for help or a manager and they would either look at us and keep walking, turn their back to us and continue working and purposely ignore us, or they would laugh in our face and walk away like this man here that I posted a picture of when I asked him for a manager. Employees only treat customers like this when they know they can get away with it and when they have poor leadership and management which can only be attributed to how Dixie runs her store. I have been shopping at this store for many years and have spent 1,000s upon 1,000s of dollars here over the years. I have only been treated with great customer service and care in the past and I happen to know the prior general manager was very nice and helped guide me with a purchase of a blow up mattress. Nobody ever behaved the way these employees did when I was there this past Monday night. This man was one of 4 rude employees we all dealt with. The other people gave up and left as we did also. We were completely insulted and shocked that these employees think this is ok and especially the one pictured here in the photo who thinks it’s ok to laugh in someone’s face and walk away when they ask to speak to a manger. Btw we never did get an answer nor a manager. I will be contacting corporate as well as the district leader for this area.

The place was packed like sardines but we has a hurricane coming. Could find certain snacks my sister likes. I loved can openers (manuala) came in more than one color so I went with blue & my sister is happy.

I did a pickup order. It was very quick and they had everything I needed in stock. I really like this service, especially when life is so busy. I appreciate the people who bring it to my car too, very friendly

Duran was so amazing!! He has such great customer service and patience. I messed up my photo order and he was so willing to help me fix my order. Walmart you have a true gem on your hand!

I come here all the time. I just wish they would have someone at the jewelry department. I would go there all the time if it wasn't a hassle to get anyone to work there. I see people there always asking for an employee there. They leave upset after knowing there's no one there. They should offer more services cause that's where they might make the most money if they were there constantly.

Worst customer service ever !I waited at the Paint & Hardware department for half an hour for someone to come and help me out.They called for help on the speaker a few times and nobody came.Went to the customer service, they paged the manager and guest what ....he never came as well.After I found the manager her asked me to wait for him while he locked him self in his office.When he came out, he explained to me he's the manager for the front only!Worst customer service I ever got !!

Visited this store 3 times and the last one was worth the trip. First 2 visits, staff treated me like I was bothering them and offered no assistance whatsoever when asked where to find anything. The Hispanic lady played like she didn't speak English and seemed upset that I asked for help. The Hatian or Jamaican lady who I asked for pencil cases told me "through there" and quickly left the area before I could ask her where. The third trip, the young man in electronics actually asked if I needed any help in finding the SD cards I wanted. The lady at the entrance, the lady at customer service and the female cashier all were exceptionally pleasant and very assisting. The last 4 staff members restored my confidence that the customer is important to a business and without them there is no salary.

Very nasty and unprofessional manager. I know Walmart have lack of employees but the current manager of This Walmart can may qualify to storage items her name Dariela she couldn’t handle a return she insisted the item was used when was not , she also make fun and patronized my wife laughed on her face and played like she was very high position at this Walmart and we won’t need attention from someone else because she also said she is her own boss (nobody supervise her) is this US or somewhere in Africa? If someone in Walmart is reading this keep the decency of the name of Walmart and respect for the clients. She left the counter alone when I asked her for supervisors according with “Dariela” she can do whenever she wants as is manager.

It is about time Walmart put customers first. It is impossible to have one cashier to cash and to run the Electronics Department. I waited for almost 1 hour for assistance. No fault of the Customer Service Representative. She was very helpful.

My experience was pretty good, the chief item that I went for I did not find it but the other items were there, check out was very slow because the cashier was a little slow. What was very disturbing is because of the weather there was not much parking cars were actually getting stalled and this is a day after the Tropical watch it is always like that, something has to be done this is a busy Supermarket the drainage is very is in a bad condition...

No one and I mean NO ONE answers the phone. Shut this location DOWN or hire people who actually work and uphold company policy!!! Left a phone in the store and kept calling the store. I'm sure it's gone by now. On top of that I had another issue that I'll never get addressed. Fire everyone because you're only as strong as your weakest link. All of them appear weak every single time I shop here. Nothing but attitudes or people that appear agitated and drained to even communicate. I hate shopping at places that kill my spirit

I placed an online pick up order and waited over two hours and still wasn’t able to get my order. This place is unreliable and a disappointment. I told myself I wouldn’t order from Walmart again but silly me. I ordered online. They delivered half the supplies ordered. I must say that did it for me. I will not order from Walmart ever again. I love to spend my money where it’s valued. I was spending over $600 a week at Walmart buying different things, different supplies because it was reliable. I’m done doing business with people who don’t value customers time and hard earned money

I shop at this location many times before and nothing has changed..... I just went in there tonight and it was worse and a complete waste of my time I won't be coming back to this location.-No customer service-No shopping carts-backed up registers-backed up self checkouts-and the major problem that all Walmarts have is not enough people working the registers not everyone likes to self checkout.
