After quite some reflection…give or take 10 days…I realized that I was duped. When the quantifications were made in front of me, the cost of “without” insurance equated to the same as “with” insurance. So what do as the point of driving an hour back and forth to this location? I respect that it is a business, but if one employee offers a,b, c information, it should be honored.\\nAt the end…I ended up paying almost 600.00 dollars for two pairs of glasses WITH insurance. Does that make any sense? And what bothers me is that I spent HOURS at the store, HOURS. It’s no wonder customers are mean because of places like this that take advantage of customers kindness and vulnerability. #notGOINGback

Dr. Ralph Bourjolly is the best. He is friendly yet professional and has a witty sense of humor. Going to the optometrist is not necessarily the most pleasant experience but Dr. Bourjolly makes it awesome. Also, his practice doesn't accept my husband's insurance but mu husband pays out of pocket just to be examined by him. Wouldn't go anywhere else--HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I made an appointment with Martha here at vision 2020. I got nothing but the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. They were attentive, paid attention to detail and very sterile considering working through the pandemic. The Dr was great! Dr. Bourjolly is an amazing doctor. The best Chair-side manner I've seen in a long time. I drove from Georgia to Florida, just to get my followup done with him, that is how much I believe in this doctor.

I’ve been going to the office of Dr. Bourjolly for maybe alittle over 5 years, and I will not go anywhere else.. He is very polite, remembers you and extremely knowledgeable..
