Very good prices! I got 40% off + a 20% off coupon by subscribing my email. That was a lot!! Staff was friendly, especially Janet. Great deals and awesome clothes for my kids (3 and 10 yo).

The staff is rude and incompetent (especially the store manager). They need training on customer service and your company return/ exchange policy. Received a shirt as a gift and was too small. Went to exchange and they would not exchange for a larger sizer because I had no receipt. It was a gift!! The shirt was brand new with tags still on. I have purchased all my kids clothing here and never had a problem like this before! I will not be returning. They lost a loyal customer.

Quality clothing at reasonable factory store prices. Sign up for their text messaging and you may get extra discounts sent to you. The store is clean and easy to find what you are looking for. The store is close to lots of other great shopping as well. Lots of clothing choices, and new clothing throughout the year.

Good amount of inventory and friendly staff but pretty messy. It's at sawgrass , I get it lots of people come in and out but the men's section was 1000x worse than the woman's

I always enjoy going to the Polo store, never leave empty handed. Employees are friendly and helpful. I can find plenty of unique items at good prices.

This is a great place to buy clothes for younger boys ranging from 1-17 in age. This store provides fair pricing on their cloths (ruffly 11-18 $ for a t-shirt ) and is easily accessible when searching for certain products. But you might get lost when searching for the actual location, wich I'll admit has happend to me before .
