“Fantastic gym, the owner is very nice and a great trainer along with all trainers there. They pay attention and provide feedback to make sure you don't get injured. They have all necessary equipment and 2 apps to make sure you track your progress and sign up for classes. The only thing I think they are missing is a morning in-between class, 7:30 am or 8:30 am. The 6 am is great but the only other class is at 9:30 so for people that work overstepping means no work out for the day. Other than that, great place!”
