Dear Gas station Owner,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at your gas station recently.My son and I visited your gas station on July 11, 2023 to refuel our vehicle. My son, who has autism and is nonverbal, relies on my assistance to communicate his needs. During our visit, we encountered an employee who was quite rude and insensitive to our situation.As a parent of a child with a disability, it can be challenging to navigate public spaces. We were hoping for a positive and understanding environment during our visit, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The employee's behavior made us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.I understand that people may not always be familiar with how to interact with individuals with disabilities, but it is essential for businesses to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers. Such experiences can leave a lasting impact on individuals and their families, affecting their willingness to revisit the establishment in the future.I kindly request that you address this matter with your staff and consider providing disability awareness training to ensure that incidents like these are prevented in the future. A more understanding and empathetic approach towards customers with disabilities will not only create a positive experience for them but also improve your gas station's reputation.Thank you for taking the time to read this email, and I hope you will take our concerns into consideration. I don't leave reviews for places but I thought I needed to share. I've used this car wash several times because it's decent for the price. I'd never gone into the store until today and had the worst 10 seconds of human interaction in my life. Older woman, black hair, tan, thicker frame was so unpleasant! I simply needed change to use the detailing station and she looked so completely annoyed with my request. She didn't even look at me when I approached and just stood in silence until eventually she had to say something. No hello or greeting. I stated what I needed and she goes "excuse me". I repeated myself this time with a please. She never said another word to me. I said thank you when she handed me the change and still nothing. I've worked in customer service for many many years. It doesn't kill you to just show even the slightest bit of life. She definitely hates her job.

I feel bad this place has such bad reviews. I go here all the time and I really like this shell gas station and the Daily's convenient store. I find the employees very friendly, the location clean and with a lot of lighting, and if you need gas, something to drink, or a snack, I really like this place.

I am very disgusted by the customer service from your manager as well as the cashier at Daily's on 13605 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323, Store #1831. I went into the store today and purchased an item for $1.75. I handed the lady who's name I was told was Flor, a $20 bill and 75 cents and she handed me my item. I left the store and went home and then realized I did not receive my change. That was my mistake for not checking if I received my change of course so I then went back to the store to ask for the change. I walked in with my sister (who gave me the $20 bill) and told them that I didn’t receive my change and she said I only gave her $1.75 which is not true because I didn’t have a dollar. She then called the manager whose name started with a “DON” ( I didn’t get the complete name) and we explained to the manager what happened and he said he would not give us our money back. Then I asked if he could check the cameras to show that I was not lying and he told me "NO". So my sister begin to speak to him and we both got very upset and he started taking the money out to give me (after he said he wouldn’t) and yelling saying that he’s not speaking to my sister because my sister is not a customer ( even though we both have shopped there plenty of times) and I am nice and she isn’t so he isn’t speaking to her, which was making a huge scene. I always thought the saying “the customer is always right” goes across every business but I learned today that this is not true. If the lady would have responded with “ I'm sorry did I not give you the correct change?” or something in that nature rather than blatantly saying we are lying then I would have been okay and the fact that the manager was not even trying to look for a solution for us and was blowing us off at first as if nothing we said mattered then blamed us for not making sure we had the money before we left was absolutely crazy to me. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. I'm sure if you check the cameras you will see everything I am saying is correct including handing the women $20.75 for my item. I have witnessed on several occasions the women take my cash and hand me my items and not even put it in the register so I am honestly not surprised that she lied about my change. Overall, they were completely unprofessional, rude and I was disgusted by the treatment I received after being such a huge fan and consistent customer of Daily’s. I will never shop from Daily’s again and I will be telling everyone who will listen about the treatment I received at your store from your Manager and employee. The manager should have been the person to help resolve the situation but he was obnoxious and rude and didn’t care to help me at all. I am beyond upset, hurt and disgusted. I am writing this so that no one else receives the same treatment that I did. It is unacceptable for employees who should be focusing on customer satisfaction to behave in such a manner I am very disappointed and I hope that you all resolve this issue.

I went to daily and my credit card was turned down at pump one when I tried to buy diesel my credit card company called me to let me know pump may have a credit card skimmer on it and it was turned down I called daily after leaving but know one answers the phone beware of this this location.

Today was the last time I use this station to fill up my truck. For the last couple of times that I've been there, I'd have to insert my card twice in order for it to work. Today I went in and asked if there was a problem with the readers on the pump... Their reply was, must be your card. This is the only place it happens, it must be a problem with the pumps. They basically shrugged their shoulders. Steer clear of this place... Not sure what's wrong with their card readers, but it does not seem safe to me and the personnel clearly don't care.
