Had a nightmare working with Omer. Did help with promotion for free. When we (me and my wife) decided to part with his company, he had merchandise sold( or stolen ) at his responsibility on a display worth 200$ and he simply refused to fefund. I see we were not the only people he treated disgusting. Ugly POS schmock !

If I could I would give this company 0 stars!! The CEO is downright disrespectful, disgusting & shallow! He doesn’t care how he speaks to customers nor his workers absolutely no type of professionalism. Please consider going somewhere else!

Omer Cohen The CEO of this spa is disgusting. I understand he is running a company but their is a way to speak to your employees and the way he be speaking to them is nasty. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met and he uses the employees personal issues against them. Their is no HR or higher person then him so the employees don’t have anyone to complain to. They either take it or get fired. Please don’t support this spa.

The manager Omer cohen was really rude to me and all of his employees! Ask everyone who works in the building, he had multiple employees in the past and everyone of them said he’s rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I experienced this from him and he only cares about himself and his business, that’s all. He treats his employees like trash. He doesn’t care about his employees, we could be sick, hurt, or have an emergency and he would expect you to be at work and he doesn’t care about what you are going through!

I’m so grateful my beautiful gym in Bal Harbour is run by these guys!! I usually don’t like gyms in apartment buildings because they tend to get neglected or just run by some random company that checks in almost never BUT ... Miami Spa Management is hands on, always fixing and maintaining machines as needed. Their trainers are highly EXPERIENCED and COMPASSIONATE!!!! Amazing spa management.

Where do I start, this team is what I think about when I think of the perfect fitness environment. I take pilates at the Bellini (Bal Harbor). They offer this awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers and staff here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun.

So glad I don’t have to pay overpriced gym fees when I have gym in my condominium in Aventura. I used to hate gyms in condominiums because no one knows how to run them or it’s just a room with dirty machines. Miami Spa Management keeps our facilites in great conditions!!! Awesome trainers available too- these people really know what they’re doing!
