Ed was friendly and after telling him the symptom he said he could fix it and quoted a fair price. I took the tv in on a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning he called and said it was ready. The next day I wanted to transfer my number and my company was giving me a hard time. I was so worried I might lose the number but edgar was so patient and did his very best to make sure it doesn't happen and it DIDNT ! I kept my number and ask for a Recommendation on what conpany i should go to THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR!! .the only reason I gave it 4 stars because edgar was by himself and the bald guy to the right when you come in didn't want to help me to see if my charging port and act as if I'm bothering him.
