I love Paul Kilpatrick but the way the office is run is terrible. Everyone is working from home, and it takes forever to get things taken care of. Plus right now they have several of the doctors out on vacation for the whole month. So if you want to see a doctor, be prepared to wait all day long.

Very beautiful storage building. Nice units as well. The attendant is super nice and friendly, However those bars that go up to allow vehicles enter and exit, almost went down on my hood if i hadnt slammed on my breaks. Almost like it runs on a timer rather than a sensor. I can see damaged cars and lawsuits If they don't fix that soon.Thank you

A huge heartfelt thank you to Erica the manager at the office.!!! We had some huge challenges and she went above and beyond the call of duty to work things out with her manager and to help me move to the next steps of my life.She was always cheerful and came up with creative solutions.Anyone would be lucky to have her working for them.

I have had my things at this storage unit since June 2022. I just recently added another unit as well until our home remodeling is completed. I love this place because it is clean, new, safe and the management is great. I recommend this facility for anyone who needs extra storage space - reasonably priced and well managed.
