Absolute clown show. Been at my address for a month and somehow haven’t received any mail. Waiting on a package and was told it probably got delivered to the wrong address.

The mail Carrier puts my flag down. Opens the door, throws mail on top of the package to be picked up and leaves. He never even looks at the package inside the mailbox. The flag was up for a reason! He was not my usual mail carrier. Anytime someone else fills in I have problems.

My problem is not with my regular carrier but with the person who works when hes off. I leave mail to go out, flag up, they shove incoming mail right next to the mail they should take, puts the flag down, never takes the mail. Not the first time this has happened.

The post office at sunbeam
The employees are too incompetent and rude
They are also lazy and serve customers with discouragement.
The place is completely full of customers and out of 6 employees 5 take a break at the same time.
And only one attends and with a slowness this office is a complete disaster. Employ employee
For anyone who needs mail service I do not recommend this office Office as you are exposed to wait more than an hour is a shame.

Unbelievable that a mail carrier doesn't know how to deliver a package. We have a mail box station where packages go in larger lock boxes with a key left in our personal mail box. The carrier put the package in a larger box and didn't leave the key in our box. Only takes a little common sense. The incompetency is unbelievable.

Very bad system. I sent a certified letter to a company that had to receive it within 3 days for legal purposes, but it still lingered in the post office. In addition the voice message claims it's in transit.. Does anyone know what they're doing??

This Summerfield office is the worst, mail is always late, the people don't know what they are doing, postal charges are astronomical, they need some drastic changes!

This office alongwith the Lady lake office are a joke, they can't get anything straight, I have to go repeatedly to find out what is going on, they have not delivered my clearly addressed first class mail MULTIPLE TIMES, and returned it!!! Then the sender has to repay to send it, one sender has had it returned 3 TIMES, they don't reimburse you for their mistakes they don't understand why it happens? Then they blame it on contract help, well they still work for your location and it's your responsibility...

I can't figure out what is going on with this post office. I use the service that shows what mail should be delivered that day or soon. The junk mail comes as advertised, the first class mail disappears. I'm missing bank statements, brokerage statements, and now a letter from the IRS. The non-profit junk and the ads are all here.

I was here working in the front yard when they say they could not deliver. LIARS! Sick of this. Cannot get through to USPS call or text help "because of technical trouble" and now I have exceeded the number of attempts allowed.

I was expecting an important package that was never delivered. When I checked the status "NO NUMBER FOUND" was the reason for it being returned. I am furious.
