Wonderful and caring staff from beginning of our visit up until pickup. The communication with me about my dogs condition was so easy for me to understand. The nurse even came out with a diagram of the heart and circled the areas. I really had a great science lesson. The doctor was extremely personable as well and was happy to share the wonderful news with me that Shayla’s degenerative heart condition did not progress and is still mild. I would commute 2 hours to go to this Cardo Care Center as I felt so comfortable that my girl was in great hands.

Took me over a month to make an appointment.. at the time I made appt I have primary care vet information and vet hospital information for the records on my cat..I waited over a month.. the day of a appt.. maybe an hour before..I get a call from office for primary care vet and hospital info.. they never even got the records.. but did have time to send me an email breaking down the 100s of dollars I should expect to spend. I came to office despite my reservations.. only got to speak with the snotty nurse who just told me I had to go through all the diagnostics. Over $600..I might have paid off the elusive Dr ..a vet would have come talk to me.. couldn't be bothered.. to add insult to injury .. the nurse once again asked for me be information.. think twice

Thank you so much for the care and love you all shared with my Buster there yesterday. Thank you for taking the time to really explain his diagnosis and answer my million questions.

Worst office staff. Missed a call earlier today and called back at 4:50. Was told they close at 5 so I’d have to call back tomorrow. I said it was an emergency situation. Staffs comment was... well maybe you should of had your phone close by when we called you earlier. Seriously???

Dr Rupp and staff are the best. Baby didn't have a year left at my first visit 3 yrs ago. With Dr Rupp she is still here and doing well. I'm so happy.

My dog Suki was diagnosed with a heart murmur and my veterinarian recommended us to see Dr. Rupp. The staff and Dr. Rupp took excellent care of my dog and were very thorough! They didn’t rush us out of there. They took their time, treated my dog kindly, and explained everything in detail and provided an estimate up front. We had a pleasant experience during a difficult and scary time!!!

My beloved Daisy had a serious seizure and I took her to the emergency vet clinic. The vet and techs treated her very well but, sadly she didn't make it. Everyone was very caring with Daisy and helped me deal with her passing. I can't thank them enough for their help.

My Mia is fear aggressive. No one but family can go near her. She was vomiting and had diarrhea. Not acting like herself at all. My vet said they could not handle her as she sounded as if she had an obstruction in her bowel. Mia also has PICA which means she will eat inappropriate objects. So a bowel obstruction was totally possible. This occurred on 8/10/19. We arrived at the office we were taken right away. By Dr Ermel-Shrode and a tech. I wish I knew the techs name because

Our 8 year old Chihuahua had DKA and pancreatitis and our vet didn't think he would make it but sent us to Pet Emergency. Dr Mettee saved his life that day on March 24th. He was there for 5 days with Dr Miller and Dr Gallagher. The team effort was amazing. The staff especially Tamara and Scott were so caring and loving to my sweet Paco. I can't recommed them any higher than 1000 stars...they also had him 8 years ago for his first pancreatitis attack and were just as wonderful then. Thank you!!!

My Renzo-doggy gave me quite a fright on Thanksgiving-Eve and Thanksgiving Day! He spent the night barfing, wheezing, breathing with difficulty, and then at around 3AM I noticed that his throat (the outer flap of loose skin around his throat, more precisely) had become quite swollen, about the size of a grapefruit. A couple hours later his eyes were swollen as well, and his breathing was still bad. Since it was Thanksgiving, our regular vet was closed, so I took him to Pet E
