The woman who finally took my samples was great. Your appointment system sucks, if you give people the option to wait for a text outside the facility, then you should have the decency to give them more than 30 seconds after the text to call their name.. and then follow and call their name again after 5 mins. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1110 appointment and got a text at 11:33 to come inside where my name would be called shortly. I came inside at 11:34 and waited till 1210 before I stop someone and asked why my appointment kept getting skipped and 20 other people went before me.

The technician who worked with me for my blood draw was not welcoming at all.
Also, the cup that was given to me for my urine analysis had light yellow liquid residue!!
I wiped down the cup with toilet paper. Then when I completed my urine sample - there was no soap at the sink in the restroom!
Overall, the only positive aspect of this appointment was that I did not have to wait long at 8am on a Saturday.

When I first started to Quest there was no one to great us and it was difficult to log in. There was a full house of us trying to log in and no won to help. The seats were always full !!
Today, everything is running on time with help if we needed it.
KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB !! I now see you could have more clients coming to Quest. Thanks

Quest is ridiculous. I tried to cancel an appointment and they kept saying the confirmation number didn’t match. They were the ones that sent me the number. They also said my phone number didn’t match. I will never use them. They need to figure out a better way of communicating with patients.

Had no experience because it’s impossible to talk to anyone on the phone or in person. You have to check in on a computer and I don’t drive so had no license to scan and no one there, no welcome desk or receptionist to ask about that. Incredibly impersonal you are definitely nothing more than only a walking number with Quest.

My recent appointment at Quest went seamlessly. From making my appointment via their app to receiving my results in a very timely manner. The check-in process is so easy via text which reduced the amount of time I had to wait in the lobby to only a few minutes. My phlebotomist was expert and very friendly and nice. The facility is clean and organized. I highly recommend Quest and encourage people to use the online tools they provide to streamline the process.

Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment; they won’t take you until they are ready. People had appointments at 1:30 and are still waiting at 2:15.. Glad i had absolutely nothing planned for today!

The Stuart office is by far the best of the 3 offices I have used.
Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Emily was very professional.

I made an appointment and when I got there and tried to sign in, It said I did not have an appointment, I tried several times to sign in and make new appointment, very upset that I had to input information in several times before i could re-schedule and had to waste a few hours because the time I could get for that day was hours after original appointment.

It's the first time I've been to quest but before I made an appointment I actually read all the reviews and all the reviews said that not to go there unless you have an appointment. Either way I still waited to be seen. Person I had was really cool. I forgot my paperwork and he put me in a different room and I called my doctor and asked them to fax the paperwork and he waited to get the paperwork still fitted me in within an hour's time so it worked out great for me and I don't like needles and he did a great job taking the blood from me. I gave him 10 stars for that. But I would definitely be not a walk-in cuz you be sitting there for 2 hours. I definitely make an appointment. You're still going to be sitting there for a little while but at least you know you have an appointment. All the walk-ins are still sitting there
