The first year that Robert Guest did my five returns (4 trusts and 1 individual) it went well and painlessly. Year two was another matter. My 2022 personal return was done incorrectly. Robert neglected to list my four quarterly tax payments on the return- even though he had furnished the coupons for me to pay them. I was told that I had a substantial balance due, and without questioning it I sent the funds in to the IRS. Within a few weeks, I realized what happened and questioned Robert about why I had owed this money when I had paid quarterly estimates. We then filed an amended return. He has proceeded to blame me entirely for not checking his work and not "telling him" that I had paid the estimates. He has accepted no responsibility for not verifying with me as to if these were paid when preparing my taxes- no email, no phone call, no contact. Mr. Guest has since made ZERO EFFORT to help me recover the $15,000+ in overpayment and still takes ZERO responsibility. To this date, I have spent nine months calling the IRS (almost monthly) and speaking to various clerical folks who can give me no information as to where my $$ are. This is a nightmare which was completely avoidable if Robert Guest would have done what I paid him to do, which is to file an accurate return. At the very least, he could have accepted responsibility and worked on rectifying his egregious error. I would highly recommend your looking elsewhere for your accounting "professional".

Mr Guest is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He is honest and genuine. He has been doing my taxes since he had an office down here in Homestead. That's a long time. Never a single mistake in all these years! Trust him with your business.

James "Mickey" Guest has been a trusted, knowledgeable advisor to me and my businesses since 2002. If you have a return where it's important to get the little things right, like an LLC, P.A. (Realtor?) or S-Corp., Mickey and his son are your guys! We have driven from as far as Miami, FL to visit him, and it's worth the extra time. They're exceptional accountants, and frankly very pleasant to deal with.

I rate Guest, Peavy, Guest, CPAS PA the worst I ever filed with! I paid them to e filed my taxes in 2014, & 2015 and they were never sent in and they never notified me. It wasn't till I received notification from the IRS when I filed in 2016 that they weren't filed.
