Do not go here! We bought a dog from Wags About You and they suggest using Boulevard in case there are any medical issues with the animal they will offer a refund on certain bills. The only difficult part anbout that is you have to schedule it within 72 hours of buying the pet. Some issues take longer to spot. Anyway, our dog had itchy ears/skin in those first 72 hours and they prescribed ear drops and seemed to be no big deal. I called back a few days later when it got worse and he started scooting his butt. We also started noticing odd breathing sounds. When we brought him back they took him to the back and gave him an antibiotic shot and said he probably has a staph infection from clogged anal glands and expressed his glands. The puppy started scooting again and the breathing thing got worse. When I called the receptionist send the doctor was in surgeries all morning and that he will give me a call back. I was just calling to see if I needed to bring the dog back in, but the doctor never called me back and when I spoke to wags about you they said the doctor told them that he never said it was a staph infection. I was floored because we paid for an antibiotic shot and he looked me in the eyes and said that’s what it was, multiple times. Of course, after I heard that I called the vet again and the receptionist told me that the doctor told her to tell me that we should seek a second opinion. He wouldn’t even talk to me on the phone to clear up any miscommunication or see the puppy again to make sure he was okay. Clearly they are getting paid by Wags to sign off on unhealthy dogs. Wags offered a full refund because they knew there was something wrong with the puppy and didn’t want to deal with a law suit. Unreal.

Dr. Padilla and his staff got me and my very reactive dog in and out in a timely manner and handled my big fur ball with kindness and ease. The clinic is quite far from my home, but I’ll never go anywhere else. ?

Dr. Padilla is vastly knowledgeable and compassionate. After seeing a couple other veterinarians in the area we tried Boulevard Animal Hospital and was consulted properly without over selling services our little precious doggie did not need due to her age. Highly recommended.

We just moved to town. We left a 10yr+ relationship with our prior vet.Dr. Padilla is fantastic, and his staff very nice. Dr. Padilla runs a family practice (ie, it’s not a corp shop where they track room turnover like a fast-casual restaurant). He is not overbooked and running room to room. That said, they also have the sophisticated services that larger corp practices provide.Finding Dr. Padilla and his team at Boulevard has made our transition a lot less stressful.

We went there for the free wellness check up for a puppy we bought from Wags About You in Stuart. Friendly staff & nice and caring vet. Would use them if we lived near their office.
