When I when to drop my shirts off on 12-21-23 that I always thought would be the same day since it was 7:30am the lady stated I was incorrect, that my laundry would not be ready until 12-27-23!
She stated this was your policy there was no written notice or email stating this, she when on and told be I could take my laundry somewhere else. I always find it interesting when I'm paying for a service and the person attitude is not how to be part of the solution but part of the problem. I left the shirts because I wanted to take use the discounted coupons and had no time to have a negative conversation with a person telling me my down fall in using Sun Country Cleaners.

Took in seven shirts to be cleaned and starched Even with my ticket could not find my shirts. The very nice lady helped me find my order which was under some one else’s name. Took a look at the shirts four out of the seven looked just like when I brought them in. Not happy with the service. I was credited the money for the four shirts but took at least a half hour to find my clothes then to have the Attendant call the boss to figure out how to credit me back the money. Not sure what’s happening but I was not happyService: Dry cleaning
