Ron and his team did an outstanding job in helping us select the perfect shades for our newly renovated home. Most of the planning and selection was done remotely. Ron made a difficult process easy as our shades required integration with Apple IOS for wi-if operation.

If I could give 5+ stars, I would. Sapphire Shades and Shutters are the best at all aspects - their wide product line, customer service, prices and communication. I've used them in my old house and were the only ones I wanted for my new house. They are amazing top to bottom! HIGHLY recommend them for any size project.

Ron and his team provided us with the very best customer service possible. He went above and beyond to insure that we received the exact window coverings we were hoping for. He helped us decide on the shades that suited our needs best. Installation was impeccable, done to the very highest standards. We are so happy we chose Sapphire Shades and Shutters to install shades throughout our condo. Another company tried first and the fit and service for the windows they did were awful. Ron came in and at our request, re-did everything and did the additional windows. He wasn't satisfied until everything was perfect, and it is! We highly recommend Sapphire and Ron!

Ron of Sapphire Shades does an excellent job of recommending window treatments, measuring and installing. We love our remote controlled blinds that can operate with the click of a button!
