Horrible customer service. Evelyn was rude and denied me for a capital one cash reload because she said I could only do $500 when I’ve done more on plenty of other occasions. She called her supervisor which told her the computer would deny it if it’s exceeds the amount and she responded with “well I’m not going to try it” then rudely walked off. She came back while I was with the manager that literally approved it last time, on the phone with another manager Osvaldo and said he said it was also $500. Well if you were so sure then why did you have to call another manager when the first one gave you an answer. But why did you let me the other 5 times and why can’t I find that policy anywhere. Even on the app it says 1k per day. Evelyn you need to learn customer service.

Only issue is the toilet paper is always on the bar handle or toilet. Last week it was on the trash can and today on the floor. That is disgusting.

Bathroom is always disgusting and floors are dirty and with bugs. They don’t open till 7am. It shouldn’t look like this at 7:15am.

They allow their staff to speak rudely to you with no consequences. Rena, if that's her real name was rude and unprofessional. Rena spoke about me in third person in front of me, as if I wasn't standing there. She started helping me on one register, walked around to grab my meds and then stood there at a different register. I waited politely for her to acknowledge that she was ready for me to check out then when she looked up at me, she was rude and said people on their phones when the person I had on the phone was on hold in the first place. She had my undivided attention, she is just a nasty person that should not work in customer service

This is the worse Walgreens pharmacy department location I have ever been compared to CT and FL.
They are very very unprofessional, never pick up the phone the automated service tells you have 1 person ahead of you to then wait 3:10pm minutes. I am a senior and needed to speak to the pharmacist about my medication. If it wasn't for the price of the med I would run to another pharmacy.
I called the store mngr so they could ask them to pick up the phone. They picked up the phone and they pulled me on hold for another 25min.
Anette teammate picked up the phone like she was running the marathon and you could not understand her.
This is not the first time. I have been there before and they let the phones ring ring ring so I know that was done to me.
If I could give them a 0 star I would.

Zero stars. My husband waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with our sick 5 month old to pick up a prescription her pediatrician sent in. There was no one on line behind him. That prescription ended up being an over-the-counter medication. Instead of grabbing it and charging him there, the young man at the window made my husband bring my sick baby into the store to get himself. I’ve never had a situation where you couldn’t get a prescription, even if over the counter at the drive through. Shame on you for making my already suck baby go into the store. We’re changing pharmacies.

On 04/02/2024 at 5:30 pm, I went to purchase an item that showed "in-stock" online. When I get there I ask an employee, who just stares off into the abyss and speaks no answer. Either he was high, a non English speaker, or severely mentally ill. Either way he was not qualified to even be out in public. After dealing with that reject, I went and asked, what I can only describe as a furry female hamster/clown hybrid, working in the health & beauty department. I have never seen someone make beauty look so horrendous but bravo to this walking pile of caked up make up.
Not until a helpful employee brought it to her attention, did that breathing pile of uselessness and product, actually rub her last two brain cells together to formulate a sentence and point out where the product was. If you have time to donate to idiots, shop here.

As multiple expressed. Avoid the frustrations. They didn't fill my prescription. After 4 different conversations I was told my doctor cancelled it, then I was told it's because my Dr is located down south. Well yes, I just relocated here. They said this would be the last time they fill the medication. Even with 2 refills. I'm trying to get a local doctor. In the mean time I'm still doing tele medicine.. What if it was zocdoc? What if I'm a snowbird... Why is it their decision to cancel, not advise and then ask why my doctor isn't here in St Cloud.
