if i could rate at a 0 i would. i was just going to buy flowers for my uncle who just died. i just finished crying and cleaning up to go into publix. after i found the flower i would later leave for my dead uncle. i was in line to pay and the cashier asked me " how are you" i said not good at all; she said "okay ? (sounded like a question)"
i then said " yeah im actually having a horrible day im buying flowers for the dead". the cashier looked up at me after processing my payment and said " thats cool " with a ditsy sarcastic tone. how in the world was i supposed to process that. i never will step foot inside this place again

I enjoy shopping the bogo sales. You can get good deals. The food and the baked goods including the meats are fresh. They are rather pricey compared to Walmart and other supermarkets.

If you love Publix like I love Publix then you'll love shopping here. The parking lot is a bit tricky until you've been here a few times. You don't have to speak Spanish in order to shop here, but it wouldn't hurt.

I recently had a horrible experience at Publix which has significantly impacted my perception of the store. I have always expected high standards from Publix, but the customer service I received was basically non-existent. After unsuccessfully trying to address an issue to a cashier I asked to speak with the manager on duty. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was even worse. As I was explaining the situation, the manager basically told me to shut up and refused to listen to my concerns. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is shocking and unacceptable.

Not as crowded, Clean. Only odd thing is the dairy is at the back end of the store
