Absolutely useless customer service. I call to ask about shipping a firearm, and I'm told I need to talk to the hazmat department yet there is no hazmat. Hazmat then transfers me to customer service where I'm given me incorrect information from someone I can barely understand. UPS is catching up with the USPS in terms of incompetency. Thank you for wasting 44 minutes of my life that I will never get back due to a lack of training and overall knowledge of shipping processes.

One package was delivered and then another they claimed that our address was vacant lot! If you pull in our driveway,where our MAILBOX is you would know for a fact it is not a vacant lot! I had to go to St. Augustine and pick up the package! Ridiculous! My mother paid to have it delivered and I had to pick it up! Smh!

Although I was extremely disappointed and irritated that my package was initially delivered somewhere else. UPS did a phenomenal job of communication with me and my husband both. Our package was redelivered to us the next day! The driver apologized for the mistake. It happens. I tried to also ensure Google Maps had our address location correct.

I have never had an issue with UPS until recently. We live in St. Augustine in a gated community. There is one driver on our route who speeds past the 15mph limit. There isn't a sidewalk and many residents are elderly who walk dogs.My wife spoke to this particular driver in November of 2022 about his speeding. He was rude and abrasive in mannerisms. Since November every other package is smashed. Some have footprints on them. Two weeks ago he sped past us both while walking our dog. My wife stopped walking and looked toward the driver. He slowed down and gave a loud joker like laugh.We have opened a case file on him through the company. I am worried his behavior will escalate.Proceeding with more complaints to customer service.

If zero stars were allowed I would give it. I'm not a Karen. In fact this review is for this particular distribution hub.In November of last year our delivery guy Nelson was driving too fast in our gated community. We have retired residents, children etc. We don't have a sidewalk. I respect people who work in the service industry. I respectfully told Jace he was driving too fast. He had veins bulging in his neck and spit flying out from his mouth. He was perturbed I mentioned this to him. At the time I didn't report him. I chalked it off to a bad day.However two weeks ago I was walking my dog with my spouse. He flew by again and laughed out his window while passing us.Any boxes delivered after November were damaged. It escalated in terms of damage until I realized he was intentionally smashing them. There was a foot print on one package left yesterday.I reached out to customer service and got patched in on a call with the St. Augustine distribution center.I hoped JACE would be taken off our route.The supervisor or manager didn't give her name. She said because the drivers are Union they bid for the routes they drive. She was rude. She interrupted me numerous times. If anyone else has issues like this from this particular driver on Anastasia island realize you aren't alone. So we will pick our packages up at the distribution center.We are figuring out how to proceed with this entire thing.

I work very late and don't have time to be there when the UPS truck rolls around so I have my package sent to the UPS center in St Augustine to pick up my package.
