Facility is fine. Clean, secure and Sue is very nice. . But their payment system still is not great. I have to go in manually each month to pay which is a pain. And just like all the others expect monthly payment increase on a regular basis.

Great customer service, prompt on replys property well kept. Sue goes above and beyond to assure my moving in went as best it could. Had no wait time on getting an additional unit. Best place I've stored at to date.

U-stor 210 has been the best experience with a storage facility I have had. Coming from 3 other units in the area, ustor had the best pricing and 100% the best customer service. Sue has always been a great person to work with and super helpful. Really wish I had found them earlier. Long term customer and no plans to move anytime soon. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the service provided here. Friendly management, lots of security cameras, and 24 hour access. Clean and safe and everything is drive up. Highly recommend!

Sue at U-Stor Self Storage 210 is amazing!! The whole facility there is very clean and well kept! Sue worked with me while I was transitioning to the beautiful state of Florida and I could not be happier! I highly recommend using U-Stor Self Storage 210 for all your storage needs!!

We had to move and keep our home items in storage. We are clean people who are educated about pests and what attracts them. Our units were infiltrated with rats connected from other units. I’ve never seen anything like it. Rat droppings everywhere and destroyed our life’s belongings. This unit is at a “reasonable rate” for a reason. Management is not concerned with maintaining pest population. We didn’t anticipate having this kind of issue. Imagine losing your job, Storing your things till you are in a different home, and a small business you supported not doing their part to protect their units from rodents that destroy your things. Such a shame
