Absolutely Rediculous!!!! I earn anywhere from$50 to $200 in rewards every 2 months! I have yet to be successful with cashing them in! After 25min. In the store just fuedel! No Cash gift cards , “the Manager Threw Them Out!” That’s just great!!!! “The Fuel Cards Seem To No longer Be Applied”! Again That’s just Great!!!! With every attempt including calling corporate in the store “Closed”!!! I finally got my points into “my wallet “ on the App with-a QR code! Thank God!” Oh that won’t work you need a card to put it on!” All he had to do was scan the QR code and I enter my pin at POS! Damn right Im pissed! I have to charge between 3/5k to get that$50 and NEEDED it for work!!!!!!!! I came out of my way, spent a 1/2 hour in the store , like a jackass! All he had to do is scan a QR code! This store Sucks for many reasons but the idea of being denied money I counted on?! How about I take that money out of His PAYCHECK!!!!! Go to Racetrac or WaWa across the street. Polite, Courteous,Clean, we’ll stocked. I’m Done!!!

I visit this Speedway location almost daily; sometimes a couple of times a day. It's my favorite convenience store in all of St. Augustine. The staff is friendly and personal; the service is top notch. It's clean; everything here is great. Keep up the good work Craig n crew!

Speedway should consider a change of management here, absolutely rude personnel here on us 1 st Augustine FL.
Lack of basic manners cannot be tolerated here in the south or anywhere, drivers be advised to go elsewhere

Worst place ever!!! Not to mention the rude and unprofessional service. Not only the employees but the manager also. So unprofessional has actually used profanity at customers and yelled across store. Something really needs to be done about this bc it's a shame these kind of people get paid to treat their customers so horribly. Trust me. Don't go here!!!!

My girlfriend and I were just minding our own business late at night, midnight to be exact, and not even 10 minutes into being there we were asked to leave. When asked, Paul, the cashier at the time, did not give a reason as to why we were getting kicked out... He just shook his head and didn't say anything. Reading some of the other reviews on here I believe that this was racially motivated, as I am in an interracial relationship. Prior to all of this, we both noticed that throughout our time shopping there (we have been regulars for about a year) we would always get looks and stares that would go on for minutes on end. It makes us feel uncomfortable and unwanted when we get our snacks and drinks with eyes on us and in even many cases, literally being followed or closely watched. Unacceptable. If this was in fact due to some personal offensive beliefs, then this is not fair at all to any and all customers who may share the same experiences down the line.

Worst place ever!!! Always takes forever to check out or get gas. Not to mention the rude and unprofessional service. Not only the employees but the manager also. Decent enough little place. Usually quick to get in and out, unless you're stuck behind a lottery player. I don't know that I trust the food so much here, nor the soda fountains. There's just a underlying sense of dirt. But the workers are usually friendly, the prices fair for this type store.

I have been sick at 1 o'clock in the morning and my Uber Lyft me behind and the guy in the gas station told me he will call the cops if I asked for water and I was here for a vacation but I end up stuck in a gas station waiting on a Uber the man that was working there today was a piece of shit and if it was someone else with other problems would've been hurt.

Went in to make a purchase with a gift card and the lady says my card has no money on it. I just opened it. So I open another and same thing. Lady says nothing went through yet both cards are wiped clean. I call person after person who tell me there is no record of the transaction. Every one wants to lecture me on how things take time to clear. It has been 10 business days and 13 regular days and they still have a hold on my funds. No one can help me and basically saying it wasn’t them. I literally have a picture with speedway on it saying they are holding the funds. I am out 300 dollars and I haven’t heard one person say o am sorry you have been dealing with this. “Did you call the card company”. Yes I did and no live agent to be found. I didn’t create the problem why doesn’t someone from speedway corporation customer service say I’ll figure this out for you and call? Everyone just wants to lecture me and say it’s not on them. I can’t explain how angry and and upset I am and no one at the corporate level has a answer…so crazy. I would rather get gas from the Exxon Valdez oil spill in the middle of the ocean then ever have to speak with these guys again

Yet again I was harassed and declined services based upon my looks ? bald white guy has serious issues with races, I highly recommend using the bp across the street if it's in your route otw to work or home etc, also I spend quite a bit of money at this location and can prove it by bank account transactions. As a business owner myself I would never hire such a person.
