After a long hot day prepping for a trip, crew member became ill. Uber arrives 15 min before this urgent care is supposed to close.
Everyone has a life to get home to, so I had an expectation upon entering.
Well I didn’t expect to meet Hailey at the front desk, she became our sunshine. As we were filling out paperwork, she asked about our trip and shared a story about relative who sails completely taking our minds off our day!!!
She made our day and eased the nerves of a crew member how much is that worth? Can’t put a number on it!
So glad that Hailey was there for us! I would hire her for my business any day! She made our world a better place today!!

Today, June 28, the worst service from the lady, I only asked her to please be able to pay for a telephone line, just that and she made me wait 1 hour

Jay was fantastic. She was able to do for my mother what AT&T couldn't after years of being with them. Jay was patient and friendly. My elderly mother was feeling anxious about the hassle and Jay personally handled everything. Happy mom happy life. (For me lol)

The short bleach blonde Trinidadian Woman has the worst customer service skills (well really no skills). She needs to take a Customer Service training course. I’m sure you owners/management know of her attitude, come on do better. There are people out there that needs jobs and that will treat people a lot better than what she’s doing. I didn’t want to leave any stars but in order to post I had to put a star.

One person working, 5 people waiting and the girl working is on the phone with someone now for 15 minutes (so far) bc she obviously doesn't know her job, while everyone waits on this ONE worker helps this ONE customer. Under-staffed, Lousy customer service. So much incompetence everywhere these days.

This is the best Metro by T-Mobile store by far! Carlos and his team are wonderful and if I have issues and need help, I know I can count on them to try to resolve it. They are patient and truly care about the customer. I'm a happy Metro customer because of Carlos and his team. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Brenden was awesome. He got me in and out in the time frame I had to deal with a teenagers broken phone today. I'm eternally grateful it wasn't a time consuming ordeal like these things can often be.

This store is the worst. It is in a terrible location as far as traffic. Has limited parking due to proximity to restaurants. They have no phones in stock. Their staff does not know about what is in stock. ----- After a call to Brendan (smug staff member) to see if they had a Samsung Galaxy S23 with NFC to run my Father's Freestyle CGM, we packed up my Dad for a trip to get Mom a new phone at this location as with our plan MetroPcs does not offer online upgrades. We arrived and they didn't have the phone. WTF!?
