“I had made an appointment at this branch to do a large wire transfer needed to close on a new home. From the moment I stepped into the bank lobby, I was greeted by several employees. James Nesseler was the person I had an appointment with and he was a super-star; right on time, friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He took me through all the steps of the transaction and explained the many safeguards he took to prevent any type of fraud, which I had been warned by the title company was prevalent. Thanks to James' diligence, the transaction proceeded safely. As I exited the bank, the employees all said goodbye and wished me a good weekend.
