Best vet EVER. They have been so patient and respectful with our react8ve dog. It has made all the difference to our vet visits. Last week he had his annual vaccinations and everyone said how much he'd improved from last year. It is all due to the wonderful staff at this clinic!

The entire staff at the front desk should be fired. I've taken my kitties here for years and never had a problem in fact I was very impressed with them. I took my kitty there on 9/30/24 I went through a living nightmare trying to get his medication. I would call and they would act like I was bothering them. Ya we sent it to Publix. I talked to Publix and they said we’re trying, we have several calls out to them and they have not reached out. I was actually nice the first few phone calls the last 2 I really got upset because the one heavy set girl that clicks her nails would just put me on hold without even telling me, I’d call back and I guess she walked away so someone else would answer. Not one one person I talked to was empathetic about my kitty or what we were going through. I finally received his medication on 10/14/24 it’s capsules and they want me to give half, ya that will be easy. I won’t be back until they clean front house or train them on what manners are. I hope the vet reads this because I’m sure he knows nothing about it.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. My dog had pancreatitis but was never diagnosed for it. They charged me $800 for a number of tests, said they were out of the pancreatic tests, and sent me home with medicine that my dog then threw up. The following day we went to another urgent pet clinic where she was properly diagnosed and treated. Her treatment came after an extra day of needless suffering because Spring Hill Animal Clinic didn't diagnose her correctly. Avoid taking your pet here.

Maggie our GS was treated with tenderness and loving care. She had her annual vaccination,physical exams,dental exam and lab.works done.Everything was done timely and precisely.Thank y you all for a job well done!

We got a new kitten,Niobe and brought her in for a full check up, and we are so glad we did- we were originally told she was fixed but come to find out she's actually pregnant. A big Thank You to the staff for checking her properly. We are very pleased with this vets office!! Thanks so much.
They also take good care of our dog, Joey, he has been going here since we adopted him in 2022.

Extremely disappointed to have to leave this review, however I’ve been taking both my dogs here for years but now will be switching to another doctor. I called to bring in my pet for an emergency visit, during regular office hours, no less. I was told they couldn’t see her and to bring her to Blue Pearl, in Tampa, which happens to be outrageously expensive. As an established patient, they should have made time to see my pet.

Love love love the caring, amazing, and professional team at Spring Hill Animal Clinic. They keep our four furbabies in perfect health. Had a recent scare with one of our Yorkies, he suffered a cut eyelid, and within minutes SPAC worked him in, performed necessary procedure, and had him back to his spicy self! Bless all of you at SPAC ?
