We finally stepped up to a Tempur-Pedic bed. There were many choices, options and price points. Kyle, our Mattress Firm rep was very patient with us while he explained and demonstrated all the controls and the many benefits. He helped us get the most without breaking the bank.

Kyle was very helpful. Update: after buying my mattress I found out my old mattress was under warranty because it was defective. Since I already bought my new mattress I couldn’t use my store credit which seems silly. Spoke with the store manager in the Spring Hill Fl. store and he talked in circles of why I couldn’t use my credit. If I returned my new mattress and repurchased so I can use my credit I was told now it $99 delivery and $99 restock and to purchase the new mattress again I could not get the sale price. The place is a scam. So I have 45 days to use my credit and what do you do buy another mattress and store it in my garage for the next 10-15 years. The place is a joke. I will say Kyle the salesman was good unfortunately he works for crooks.

We had the pleasure of working with Kyle today. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the product. He gave us time to look around the store and helped us as soon as we needed it. He made sure or money was being well spent on the mattress and base to meet our sleeping needs. When it’s time to replace your mattress I suggest searching out Kyle in Spring Hill or NPR locations.

We recently had an excellent experience at MattressFirm on Commercial Way in Spring Hill. Phil was very knowledgeable and kind while we decided which mattress to choose. It was delivered two days later by two young gentlemen who did a nice job removing the old one and setting up the new one. Thank you MattressFirm for your first-rate service!
