I went to Springhill Ford dealership last week to get an oil change and checkup. It was determined that my car needed an alignment, so I decided to have it done right away, which took forever. Once I was back on the road I noticed instantly that my steering wheel was not centered , so I called right away and was told to bing it back in the morning before 12pm and it would be corrected. I went back today and the advisor said it would be done right away. Once I saw the mechanic pulling up front with my car for check out I went to the front lobby. I saw the mechanic walk in with the paperwork shaking his head and making a grimace as to say their was nothing wrong with the car. As soon as I got back on the road I noticed that the problem was not fixed and the steering wheel was not centered once again. So either the mechanic is incompetent or plain lazy I don't know. I now have to take my vehicle to a different repair place to get fixed what was caused by Springhill Ford....thanks a lot for that.....I will never give Springhill Ford any of my business again.

Went in for oil change ended up buying new truck!
Larry was great really everyone was awesome!! From sale to finance everyone went above and beyond. I will definitely be back although I always say this is my last truck but that was actually 2 trucks ago!! All bought here! Thanks guys for the great job you do every day!! Love my truck and this dealership!!

Our sales person was Andrew Navedo. He was very polite and did not push us to buy and that was the most important part. He was very honest.
We test drove a 2021 Ford Ranger that was on the lot and we fell in love with it. Everyone at the dealership was very kind. We would recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. HE'S THE GREATEST.

Not sure where to begin with this dealership. To start off, I simply asked for a quote and whether or not a specific sell price on a 2024 Edge SEL was doable. A BDC manager name Art Goldman ignored my initial request, redirected me to a broken KBB trade valuation link, and then wasted my time further by having another BDC Rep named Allison spam me on email, text, and phone call.
Super dysfunctional when youre talking to 3 separate people who have no clue what the other is saying. I kid you not, Art Goldman was telling me my initial offer was not doable and within 5 minutes another BDC Rep named Kelly is asking for VIN and photos on trade for an appraisal. They also changed the price then denied doing so and gaslighted me saying that was never a listed price when their own email from the BDC rep showed it. It went from 36,600 to 38,300 overnight.
Attached are photos showing exactly how they lied during the sales process. Avoid this location at all costs.

I have always found the service at Flammer Ford to be very good. I have learned to trust both the service department and the sales department because of their unending honesty. They have earned the five stars I gave them. Here is something I wrote for a friend of mine who was trying to find a new car he trusted.
