Russel at first call auto, was so awesome to work with, he pointed out everything on the vehicle and was great to work with. It was a very refreshing experience. Love the escalade… then there is after the sale nine days before my temp tags expire I contact these folks many times just to get confirmation that they are processing my tags and that I will receive them before my temp tags expire. I was told many things later to find none of which were true. . contacted the DMV/tax collector to confirm if any paperwork has been processed on my vehicle they confirmed none has been submitted and advised to have the dealership send me another temporary tag, So I called the dealership, advised him what I know to be true and asked for a temporary tag to be sent to me, they assure me that my new license plate will be at my home before my temporary tag expires on May 23. So they failed to maintain a valid temporary tag even with myself being on top of it and given them plenty of notice and I did not receive my license plate until six days later on 29 May Making it where I lost the use of my vehicle over the memorial day weekend for six days. This was very disappointing. I expected much better . If I would’ve known that, they were going to drop the ball so bad on this it would’ve definitely been a dealbreaker. I would’ve went somewhere else was not worth the trouble..

I couldn’t have been treated any better by Russell my salesman at first auto who assisted me to purchase my new pickup truck. He made the process quite easy and I never felt any pressure from him. He was only helpful with information. I have already recommended this car dealership, too many of my friends and family as I was treated well there and only assume they will be too. Highly recommend!
