Not very happy with y’all’s customer service. My previous vehicle I would only have hand wash. I won’t run any of my vehicles through the wash tunnel so I’ve been coming to your car wash for the last 2 years. Not one time did I ever have an “appointment”. I go today they have 1 vehicle in the vacuum area, no one in line and not one vehicle in the wash tunnel. The kid comes up to me with his little pad and asked what I wanted I said hand wash and full interior, like the last 35 washes I’ve done prior, he says we don’t have time today for a hand wash. I said it isn’t even 230 yet. He shrugged and said can we run it through the tunnel I said no thanks. He said well sorry have a nice day.
I run inside and ask them what time they close the lady behind the counter says 5. I said I want to get a hand wash but the kid outside said there wasn’t enough time. She says uh, pauses and then says well we like to schedule hand washes. I explained that I’ve NEVER scheduled a hand wash and no one has ever mentioned scheduling it, and she said the ONLY person there capable of washing my vehicle was their detailed (so you have car wash employees that you don’t trust to wash a vehicle? That’s concerning) and he was busy. I wish I had known that before I drove 40 fuking minutes to just get turned away. It would have been nice if the situation was handled a little differently, something along the lines of hey we changed our policy or whatever but since you’re here there may be a little wait but we can squeeze you in, and just know from now on we’d prefer a reservation instead if just turning me away with a sorry.
Absolutely poor customer service and honestly I feel it’s nothing more than your employees just being lazy. I’ve never heard if a car wash that says they only have 1 person qualified to hand wash a vehicle.
So now I drive 40 mins back home with a dirty vehicle still. And I never minded the drive because your company USED to do a really great job. I had no issue paying a premium fee because it’s a hand wash and had no issue tipping on top of they also but just one more business that may as well close up shop if you can’t do the ONE thing you’re in the business of doing.

I called for an appointment for detailing and got one in a very timely fashion. The work was completed in the estimated time given. My car was like new! I paid the amount that had been quoted. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and I highly recommend Family Car Wash to anyone wanting their car cleaned to perfection.

This was my first time there and I was very specific about the cup holders but they didn't even touch most of them. Everything else seemed fine except they didn't vacuum in between chairs well

This place has changed, guys working the rags are not doing a good job anymore leaving Matts, dashboards and inside glass dirty. After an additional 20 mins. They corrected the problem, but not the same service as before, Management is lacking as well. No apologies or offer anything to compensate the customer’s time. Note I was the 3rd one in line as soon as it opened. It wasn’t a busy time.

My car was a mess inside, they did an amazing job, everyone was so helpful and nice! The waiting area is pleasant and have vending machines if you are feeling snacky also the restrooms are clean .

Truly disappointed in the services received today. I paid for the works for $23 and interior for an extra $10 and gave a small tip. When I went to my car, I noticed the interior still had dog hair and dirt on my floor mats. My middle console still had stuff on it. When I mentioned something to the worker he went to the manager. They had the wrong ticket in my car. I asked him about the interior clean. He said it’s just an all purpose cleaner and they just spray it on so you pay an extra $10 for some basic stuff, not anticipating that my dog hair would still be in the car after they vacuumed and my floor mats being filthy. The outside manager stated everything is à la cart if I wanted more details done.They did not try to accommodate at all. I called in to speak to the person at the desk although very friendly just was apologetic did not offer anything to make the service better . I could’ve ran my car through a car wash and vacuumed it better myself rather than spending $40 today. Not to mention, I was the first and only Customer when I first got there so maybe a little more detail could’ve happened not for free just in general!!

Got my vehicle detailed, insde/outside, and it looks and smells like it's brand new again! I had put off cleaning my vehicle for too long, and the thought of doing it myself gave me anxiety. It was really nice and they detailed it very well. I'm definitely coming back if I let my interior go for too long again!

$40 for a car wash and interior cleaning, you'd think it'd at least be halfway decent. Been going here for a while now, quality has gone down horrendously. My truck has the exact same amount of dirt in the floor mats as it did when I took it in. You couldn't pay me enough to convince me they did anything but wash it. There was zero effort to even attempt to wipe down the interior.

I went here yesterday 06/01/2024. They were slammed! Evidently quite a few workers were had graduations. Sonit took longer than normal. The manager personally apologized to everyone individually. Now for the workmanship...PERFECTION! I ordered the ultimate works for $59.99 ($10 extra because I have an SUV). The girl said it was like a mini detail. Well it was worth every penny! I paid $200 for the guy behind the dealership by KallyKs and this was 100% better!!! DO MOT BOTHER USING ANYONE ELSE!!!! They are simply amazing!!!!!?
