Went for allergy on my dog that is been with me for 6 years and every year I take my dog for allergy treatment ones a year and he said my dog had a bacteria I paid 300$ for the bacteria treatment and medicine ? and my dog still got the allergy that he gets every year so now I need take him to my old vet because this one did not listen to he’s client

I was so pleased by the personalized care I received. I took in a rescue and he was treated so well just like my other dog is. There isn't a better place to take your fur babies. Wonderful service!

We have been going to County Line Animal Hospital for over 25 years. Dr. Macmahon has treated over 20 of our cats during that time. We had not had any visits since he retired, but had to take one of our cats in to be put to sleep. We get very emotional over our cats and I was very hesitant to call after seeing some negative reviews and posts about the new Doctors and staff. I dont like change, but from my initial call, I can say I am very pleased with how we were treated. The staff and Dr. Golphin were all very kind and compassionate. They all helped to ease my fears. We have since had a few more visits with another cat. Dr. Golphin is very similar to Dr. Macmahon in his way of treating and dealing with patients. So, if you're considering County Line Animal Hospital for the first time, I fully recommend making an appointment and if you're one of the many long time clients like us, keep in mind, the doctors are not Dr. Macmahon and most of the staff is new (except Shawna & Vicente), so its not going to be the same as it was, but they are doing their best to make it as pleasant as possible for everyone.

The vet and staff were really nice. Gave Rambo a thorough new puppy checkup. We were seen promptly and it was easy to schedule with them.

Our family just moved to Florida. We brought our cat in for a routine yearly exam & vaccinations. A family member referred us.
Luckily the staff are compassionate & listen to any concerns. The exam and vaccinations were quick and our cat didn’t even flinch.
Unfortunately, the building is not laid out properly to provide for a Fear Free Certification. The lobby is tight. If your cat is stressed by dogs, I would recommend staying with them in the car, with the air on, until it’s your turn. The exam rooms are tighter. Holding the cat carrier, I had to squeeze around the exam table to get to the chair to be out of the doctor’s way. Next time I know to put the carrier on the exam table first. The building layout is the only reason for a less than stellar review.

Countyline Animal hospital got our 2 Shepherds in the next day and did a great job explaining the problem and the medication they needed. Other wanted to sedate our dogs just to examine after 2 other visits and more money.thankyou
