“I came to Mike’s for a second opinion on my 2020 M340i. Went to get set of new tires and an alignment at another shop. They told me that my steering knuckle was out of spec to the point it needed replacement to perform an alignment. Mike’s did an inspection of the suspension and everything looked kosher to them. They did the alignment and showed me the before/after readout. Everything within spec. What could have been a costly, unnecessary repair, was avoided by the good guys at Mike’s. “I was referred to Juan after a few mechanics could not resolve an ongoing computer/electrical key issue with my car. It went into a no-start condition, the engine locked, and the keys not communicating. After speaking to Juan and getting a cheap reliable tow truck referral from him, I dropped the car off at lunch on Tuesday, and Juan called me directly in the afternoon during the diagnosis to clarify questions he had about previous work. He found a solution the same day, contacted me with the estimate, and reprogrammed everything that afternoon. I picked up the car the next day at lunch, and Juan showed me a couple of engine concerns to be aware of. I drove away relieved. Everyone in the building is friendly, professional, and helpful. I could have saved some time, money, and headaches had I found Hurricane Auto sooner. They're as good as it gets.”
