Not sure how this place has decent reviews. After at least 3 calls to different numbers and multiple emails attempting to inquire about a unit, none of which were ever replied to, we gave up and used a different facility even though this would have been much more convenient.

Great safe place to store your toys and trailers. Staff is great good communication on billing ect.

Great customer service and friendliness. Always clean and accommodating to one’s requests and needs. Huge variety of storage capability for many different items. Life saver company during multiple moves and transitions for us.

Won’t answer the phone, return phone calls or even get back to me after filling out a form last week that states they will get back to you in two business days. Does this place have anyone working?!

Been here for a few years and the staff is always very friendly, they're not only have storage units they have boat storage, RV storage and more very friendly people to be around

This storage facility is the best! I've had a unit here for alittle over a year. It's always clean and well kept. The gated storage area makes me feel comfortable having my valuables here. Plus the staff have always been very friendly.

I have been renting a unit at Superior Storage Solutions for years and I couldn't be more happy with this company. From top notch customer service (Tori in the front office is awesome!) to super clean units and ground, Superior Storage Solutions is THE BEST!

This storage place RULES! I used it a few years back and only have good things to say about the units and staff. Some of my friends even rent parking here and at the Eustis location! 10/10 DO RECOMMENDED!

Terrible customer service. I got a unit then needed to cancel. I called multiple times with no answer, left messages with no call back, and sent an email from the email they sent me with no response. It took over 6 days for me to finally get ahold of someone to confirm cancellation.
