Excellent. Justin, the office manager, is well versed in eyecare insurance plans. He listens to the callers. He is pleasant and very helpful to patients. My eye exam by Dr. Sarno was very thorough. We discussed my eyeglass usage in order to get the right glasses to fit my needs.
