Alfred and Derek helped put my account back together again!! Needed account adjusted, newiPhone back up and running again I am very happy with this location??

The store employees are always very friendly and helpful, I'm not very tech savvy but they helped me set up my phone and answered all my stupid questions. I've purchased a few phones from this store. It's not the closest store to me but it's worth the extra miles for the excellent customer service. Upgrading soon.

Derek and Alfred are the best. I only go to this store and the other on MLK they work at to deal with them. Thanks guys!
