I think the people that work at Wellß Fargo Bank like working with each other. I've worked in a customer service capacity at a hospital registering them for surgery. Many patients are nervous and my office kept things very upbeat. It helped patients cope. At Wells Fargo we were working into Angie's lunch period. Her boss wondered over and we were done. So Angie left fairly quickly which was ok by me. I can't remember her bosses name but she explained that Angie had another appointment shortly. I said she was going to have to wolf her sandwich down. We laughed.
Wells Fargo Bank was very light hearted. I'm going to enjoy interacting with them.

Went in to setup a new account. Crystal took care of me. She was very knowledgeable about all of their services and was a great guide in setting me up for success. Really appreciated the time she took for me. Was super friendly, as were all the staff at the branch I came in contact with. Very much recommend!

Stopped in to the branch because I was not able to enroll into the mobile banking app. Had two different people ask me if I was being waited on yet. Crystal Godin was very helpful and patient, she had to call customer service twice and she resolved my problem. Keep up the good work!!

I have had good luck IN PERSON here, but one can never get through on the phone, and finally someone in the Phillipines answers. I just needed a document signed. I really didn't need to tie anyone up for more than about 5 minutes, but the website tried to make an appointment 1 week out. I'm going to try to go IN PERSON and see what happens. wish me luck!

Came in to get Divorce papers notarized. Lady at the desk said lobby was full come back another day.Really? I have my money in this bank and I can't get Divorce papers notarized a free service to the customer because the lobby was full. I'm a truck driver and I'm home 4 days a month. I don't have time to come back another day.I was going to open a business account but with how I was treated when I wanted to get a form notarized, that's not going to happen.I guess I'll open accounts at Bank of America maybe they will treat me better.

I've dealt with this branch twice. First was two years ago when a $5000 deposit was lost for 3 days. Second, was today with the "Business Manager" who is apparently the "expert" on business documents for not only Florida, but the whole country and for all banks. this after receiving a phone call confirming an appointment time change followed by an email with the WRONG appointment time and then another phone call about the documents I was bringing. So, 30+ relationship with Wells Fargo OVER.

No one wants to work anymore. Some rather large Hispanic woman in the drive through was just talking on her phone and decided to just ignore customers.

Tellers are always very nice and kind. Don't have to wait long in a line. They move quickly.

Waited 2 hours just to reprint my debit card and there was only 1 other person in the waiting room. The one bank lady was very rude and disrespectful. Worst bank I've been too, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Unless you want to waste your time.

This is without a doubt the best bank in Sebring Florida. Some mistakes that they made they owned up to right away and I had never heard of a bank that ever admitted making a mistake. The people there are friendly they know your name they call you by name it's just at the greatest Bank
