I really appreciated the help and understanding of the two amazing guys that work in the office. I never had problems, during business hours always answered the phone and returned phone calls. They make sure your getting what you want and the storages I have had where all clean upon moving stuff in. Highly recommend this storage.

Not a good business. Not send the bill and charge for late fee. Called the office and spoke with John and ask to come in , don’t want to take time to explain the phone about the charge . They charge for administration fee every month (what that charge for ). They put all the charge and just want to run after you for their money. Will not use them again and don’t like that they not honest. At least take time to explain the charge.

I initially rented a different storage unit for a percentage discount for 3 months THEN instead of the percentage discount taking it from $113 to $178, they DOUBLED IT to $226. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH and poor business practices. Now I have to go dig through paperwork to find all the “notes” but you know they’ll deny what was said and just say “they don’t remember” so why bother. Wow - just wow and I’ve been a customer there for years! Goes to show that it’s all about the money and not being honest about your words or your business practices. They’ll tell you anything to get you in but then tell you “oh I see so many people and I don’t remember” what I said. Karma always comes back around and this is exactly why you can’t trust anyone anymore. The people that have businesses that are honest and accountable for what they say are the ones who withstand the test of time…it’s sad to use the “I’m old, sick, and can’t remember anything” as an excuse to literally take more money than what was agreed upon from a sick and LEGALLY disabled person. Aren’t there laws against that? Oh I guess that doesn’t matter because you can just go screw over another disabled person ??♀️. Like I said wow - just wow. Guess $50 isn’t much to you bc you can do this to what, a couple hundred people? But it is a LOT when you’re taking away from my medical care and medications. Hope you feel good about yourself. I’m too sick to do anything about it now so like I said…I hope you are proud of yourself and sleep well at night all the while I have to skip medications and my health continues to degrade ~ ALL FOR FIFTY DOLLARS AND JUST PURE GREED. smh
