WAS a very responsive and good agency, then personnel changed, then name change to Risk Strategies and then location changed to Vero Beach. They became very unresponsive. Sent multiple emails and calls with no answer. Life is too short for this frustration, so I had my homeowners policy moved to another agency.

Ive been with them over a year ! They shift employees and never call you back. Now they closed there office in sebastain. Poor customer service. Ive been waiting three days for someone to call me back.
