Hair color, and style with Valentina! Such a sweet woman! I was on vacation visiting Naples and needed my hair done asap! So I googled the salon called Lili scheduled me with Valentina, so happy she did! Valentina did such a great job on my hair and style, normally I only straighten my hair, but Valentina suggested I curl my hair (beach curls) I'm sooo happy she suggested it! It turned out beautifully. Salon vibe was nice, clean.

My 19 yr old daughter had an appointment at this business on 3/12/24 for a touch up of her blond highlights. Last night, she lost about 1/3 of her beautiful long hair. Her hair was burned and simply broke off. My daughter is devastated and her self esteem seriously hurt. She was offered a full refund by the beautician who worked on her hair. This morning, the owner of the salon changed the story. She offered for my daughter to come in for additional services. I spoke with the owner and asked what exactly they were going to do. The owner stated she'd "fix" my daughter's hair. How exactly can you fix a third of hair volume when the hair is broken off, damaged and matted? And why would my daughter go back to the salon that damages her hair in the first place? The owner refused a refund. She will be hearing from my attorney shortly. Do NOT go to this salon if you care about your hair.

Hello Gorgeous surprised me on more levels than just one. When I visited I was worried, as most hairstylists don't know how to handle weak, thin hair, and I needed a great style for my event. They handled my hair with care, used top notch products, and I left with a BEAUTIFUL style. Everyone at the party asked where have I had it done :D
