Went in to grab a drink and get cash back specifically for quarters. No cash back when you tap your card. No problem, I asked the older lady how am I supposed to get cash back for future reference. She was clueless, another younger lady had to come help. And after specifically stating that I needed quarters before the transactions occurred, she handed me 2 dollars worth and said that's all we can give. If that was the case I would have just went somewhere else, of which I still have to do. Be attentive to your customers and considerate to what they need. Don't just say oops and not have a solution.

I like the fact that who ever is reading the reviews is responding to them. Bravo!Cheapest gas in cocoa beach before taking 95 and heading down to south Florida. Store is just your typical fast food store in USA, same old garbage that doesn’t do any benefits to your body but we still love it ???. Thank you guys.

I went her last night around 12:30 and there was a delivery truck I walked in and grabbed a chocolate milk went to the counter I didn't see the clerk I said hello wait about a minute and again said hello and then the clerk yelled at me the clerk "I'll be okay with you soon as I can" I'm really busy with this truck can't you see oh OK I'm sorry sir and then he walks around to the cash registers saying in a loud voice. When i was like oh really i never knew that you see a delivery truck here that means We're closed. Totally uncalled for I could have gone off on him excuse me..who in the heck are to be heck yelling at me like I did something wrong. You should be more respectful to 7-Eleven customers....but I didn't all he could have said I'll be with you in a minute

Typical 7-11, plenty to buy but never a working soap dispenser in the bathroom. Really wish management put priority on this constant issue. I'm in the service industry and frequent many stores daily.

The overnight staff he's an older gentleman he is very rude and disrespectful doesn't like to help the customer and just yells and threatens to call the cops and kick people out the store this is not cool this 7-Eleven is located satellite Beach on A1A and this is 198 A1A satellite Beach Florida

From previous reviews it sounds like this location has improved. I'm not in here long. I can't remember if they have gas pumps. There could be more parking spots. I don't think I would have an issue coming at night but have only been during the day. I haven't seen the line backed up but there is usually only one or two workers present. Typical 7-11 I believe.

Normally I love 7-Eleven, we were excited to get hot chocolate (the best) before we went to look at Christmas lights. As we attempted to walk in the doorway was blocked. My son and I walk around and I say 'it's cool we can go around.' And proceed to enter and as the door is closing, and the female employee (who we weren't aware worked there) starts to talk smack to us. My husband and daughter get out of the car and follow us in having to hear the obscenities and threats. She proceeds to barate, mock, and threaten as we left the store. So to the young girl working December 23 at 7:30pm you are not cool, and you just became an example of what not to be to our children.
